Watering

Watering depends on many factors, how moist your home is, whether you have the AC or fan on, and how much light you get in your home. There is no correct amount or times a week for your plant.

The best way to water your plant is to put in a finger or a stick about 2-3 inches deep. If it feels wet or the dirt sticks to the stick it does not need water. If the plant feels lighter than usual or it feels dry or the stick comes out without any dirt your plant needs water.

Sunlight

Best way to give your plant the best amount of light is to know which window is best for your plant. For tips on how to know which window is what coordinate look for our blog on lighting.

There are many ways to make sure your plant gets plenty of light, watch your plant, see if it's happy, if not move it to a brighter place or get a grow lamp.

For variegated or bright colored plants the best way to keep that color or variation is to put in near direct or bright lighting.
